Yes! Deliveries go out locally in Windsor and Essex County every Friday between the hours of 10-5. Minimum $100 order for free delivery, or $15 delivery fee

Quality is the most important thing to us. We ensure our meats are steroid, hormone & antibiotic free. Only serving you responsibly raised meats. We provide all products from Ontario including our handmade, preservative free, fresh foods.
IS THERE A MENU?
We do have popular cuts stocked regularly and listed on our website. We have whole animal access, so anything can be available. For any custom or speciality cuts, please call us for pricing and availability.
WHAT IS DRY AGE?
Dry age is always the best answer. It means more flavour and a more tender meat. Enzymes break down the fibers and moisture loss intensifies the flavour. This is not a standard practice due to the weight loss and time required to do it, since meat is charged by weight general retail would make less money on it.
We offer custom aging and nothing is cut pre 28 days. On average most steaks are available at 40-50 days. Custom aging has been done as long as 150 days here!
WHAT IS LOCAL?
We consider local to be meats raised in Southwestern Ontario. There are a few products such as Duck, Bison, and other Game, we do source from neighbouring provinces. Specialty cuts such as Japanese & American Wagyu are sourced directly from Japan or Iowa. Other than that, no meats come from the USA or outside of Canada.
WHAT DOES SHA FREE MEAN?
Steroid, hormone and antibiotic free.
IS ALL THE MEAT ORGANIC?
While we source animals raised as naturally and responsibly as possible, only our chicken, turkey and select products are fully certified organic. Please ask for details or current availability.
DO YOU DO CHEESE BOARDS?
Yes. Custom cheese and/or charcuterie boards require a minimum of 24 hour notice. Please call to reserve.
CAN WE ORDER IN BULK? PACKAGE PRICING? WHOLE ANIMAL ORDERS?
Custom packages can be created at this time in store only. Whole animals, halves or quarters are available. Call for details and pricing.
DO YOU CARRY WILD GAME?
Yes. Please call for current availability and pricing. If there is something specific you are looking for, call us, we are happy to help but may require some lead time to source the perfect product!
